2) The possibility of #15th recruit in the 2025 recruiting class, Deniya Prawl of joining the Gamecocks. Deniya Prawl recently announced her top 8 including the Gamecocks.
3) Gamecock great, A'ja Wilson leading Team USA Women's Basketball to the medal round.
Women's basketball is flourishing and continues to expand. NCAA Women's Basketball remains a fan favorite for its captivating style!
The women's college basketball season will kick off with a game against the Michigan Women's Basketball team in Las Vegas on November 4th.
Led by Head Coach Dawn Staley, the team boasts dynamic players like Raven Johnson, Bree Hall, Chloe Kitts, and Ashlyn Watkins, with bench strength from MiLaysia Fulwiley, Tessa Johnson, and Sania Feagin.
Fresh faces Maryam Dauda, Joyce Edwards, Maddy McDaniel, and Adhel Tac are expected to boost the team's performance this season.
